I should have kissed you longer (Or, Musei Reali: Giardini Reali)

Musei Reali
What was once the Royal Palace of Turin today holds the Musei Reali, a complex covering 30,000 square meters, and with a museum walk that is over 3 kilometers long. It is sub-divided into the following:
- Palazzo Reale (Royal Palace)
- Armeria Reale (Royal Armoury)
- Cappella della Sacra Sindone (Chapel of the Holy Shroud)
- Galleria Sabauda (Savoy Gallery)
- Museo di Antichità (Archaeological Museum)
- Giardini Reali (Royal Gardens)
- Biblioteca Reale (Royal Library)

Giardini Reali
The Royal Gardens cover a total area of about 7 hectares (much of which was closed for construction work during my visit). Still, the “tiny” section of it that was available to explore was stunning, with a small wooded area, its ground covered in crunchy autumn leaves, and the gorgeous palazzo peeking in through the trees.
