Also known as the George Gustav Heye Center, the National Museum of the American Indian - New York is named after the collector of Native American artefacts, whose artefacts served as the core for the museum when it was founded in 1916. New post on the blog, link in bio 🌸 Colloquially known as “The Whitney,” this museum was founded by Gertrude Vanderbilt Whitney, a socialite, sculptor, and art patron. New post on the blog, link in bio! ✨ What started as an abandoned section of the West Side Line of the New York Central Railroad, and was nearly demolished in the late 20th century, eventually became this uniquely gorgeous park, which covers a length of 2.33 KM (1.45 mi) of viaduct. Happy Sunday ✨ New post on the blog, link in bio 🌸 Have a lovely Saturday 🤎 Happy Friday ✨

Hello!

My name is Jessica and I live in Spain. I’m obsessed with dogs (this is important) and have a tendency to take way too many pictures when I travel (which doesn’t happen often enough). I like cold weather, morning light, and empty museums.
